Help! I Need To Find A Specific Image Urgently!

I need to find an image of a hand or hands - very close to the angle of the image shown below..........

What about sxc.hu or morguefile.com (free images) or bigstockphoto, dreamstime, istockphoto etc.?

Try dreamstime.com and 123rf.com.

I've seen a lot of similar shots on 123rf over time including the free section. Would be worthwhile checking out.
