Hi,

Im just building a website in Wordpress and I was wondering if its allowed to use the images from Amazon, on my site, to then link back to Amazon to sell that product??

Seems sort of obvious that thats OK - but just checking??

Am I allowed to use an image screengrabbed from a manufacturers website, to then go and write reviews about that manufacturers' products, also linking to places where you can buy said products??

Im just going to do it anyway, since I cannot see why this would be a problem but I just wanted to ask you guys, since I know if you use many images from the net for commercial purposes, you can get asked to remove them...

Hope to hear from you and hope you're all making lots of money :-)

I'm pretty sure that you can use images from amazon if you're an Amazon Affiliate. When you click "Link to this" in your affiliate toolbar, you even have the option of embedding the image. So I think you're good.

From information posted on the Amazon Associates Website:

You can download as many images from Build Links as you want for use on your Associates Web site.

For PCs running Netscape or Internet Explorer: First place the cursor over the image you want to copy and press and hold down the right mouse button. A small popup menu will appear, giving you the option to save the image to disk. You should save it in the same directory as your Web pages.
