Currently, all of the links on my website are gray -- but I want them dark blue.

Can someone please help me make this change? (I don't know the first thing about programming!)

The link colors are most likely set in your style sheet for the theme. You would need to edit the file style.css

As Lee has said, you need to edit the style.css file in your Appearance>Editor screen.

However, it's possible that your stylesheet specifies different attributes for different links - e.g. links within content vs the title links on your blog page (to click through to the single post), vs links in your sidebar.

If this is the case you can either change them all or use Firebug to identify which ones you want to change.

        Hi,

Get the CSS Viewer extension for Firefox, turn it on,hover over the text you want to change, it will give you all the details to look for in your style sheet.

        It's an awesome tool.

If you are so scared of HTML/CSS/codes, why don't you let me do it for you?

It depends on which theme you are using
If its a free theme you may not have the design option to change all the link colours at once and you may have to change them manually using the wordpress editor

I would suggest you to opt for firebug which i a firefox addon

You just need to install this addon in your firefox browser, once its installed (after firefox restart)

Browse your website in firefox and click on the firebug icon in the bottom right corner
while firebug is on, click on the link which you want to change from gray to dark blue

this action will give you the exact element which you need to change in your c.s.s,
your next step is to change the value from gray to dark blue ...
