Wordpress Revisions

WEB DESIGN

Hi

I have a Wordpress Website, I accidentally updated the themes while trying to update the plugins of my website, I updated the themes prior to or after I backed up the website. But now I have the old theme of 4 months ago, how I correct this problem??

Any assistance give will be greatly appreciated
