I want to setup a new self hosted WordPress website/blog.

But truly I don't know nothing about WordPress except their web address.

Can anyone please refer me where can I find detail video tutorial about how to setup an self hosted WordPress website/blog, use of plugins and setup templates.

  Try the "The Challenge" by Ed Dale. There a portion there that tackles all about Wordpress how to set up, how to edit, ETC. I hope that program will help you.
