WEB DESIGN

Yo, I would like to know if there is any good program to help me create website similar to this one -> Biathlon-online.de

What I need on my site is..

- changable "hot" news
- other news that look similar

Is there any good program for doing this, or do I need to do programming myself?

All you need is to Install Wordpress Blog on your domain. Choose a relevant theme and you're done

I haven't used that theme, but I would almost bet that scrolling news thing is a plug-in of some sort.
