Bluevoda...is this okay to use?

I've been looking to get a basic website up, just to get some traffic established. I'm looking for a free website builder or something really inexpensive. If you have any suggestions what I can use please let me know.
I've been told NVU is good but I don't have any html experience right now and I'm just wanting a basic website to drive traffic. Any suggestions welcome!

    If I'm not mistaken, Bluevoda website builder is free but you will have to use
    Bluevoda hosting. I don't believe the website created can be published without
    the Bluevoda hosting.

    That's probably why I never have used it.

    NVU has an upgraded version known as Kompozer. Same editor.
    Works well with the free templates I have used.

    Wordpress hosted on your domain can save you a lot of trouble and
    time without knowing html. Google seems to like Wordpress, so that's a
    plus for a boost in traffic and rankings.

    Wordpress is my choice, and I'm beginning to get
    more familiar with it.

    If you like Blue Voda's site builder but want to host your website anywhere, then Google this: 90 Second Website Builder. You will see a lot of people who use and review this software.

    It's the same basic program as Blue Voda's builder - but can be used with ANY host.
