Does anyone know how to insert the Google Optimizer Script into the header of Multiple Streams Themes?

I tried several plugins including: "HiFi" and "GWO4WP" but they don't work.

Google Optimizer simply can't detect the code. When I check the source code of the page, I also didn't see the scripts code there.

If this cannot be done using plugin, can someone teach me how to do it in any alternative way? thanks
