Amazon Product in Post

I was looking to modify the code to the free Wordpress plugin "Amazon Product in Post."

Currently the plugin has a button at the very bottom which opens the product page on Amazon's site. I wanted to instead have the product automatically added to the shopping cart as stated here:

I'd even be willing to pay someone to have it done. The end result would hopefully make it so that I simply add in my personal ID, Store Code and Subscription ID in the php file. It shouldn't take someone more than 5 - 10 min with programming knowledge so any help would be very appreciated. I took a look at the code myself but don't have too much knowledge of php.

        Not that many people seem to be interested in this thread, but with my minimal background in programming I was actually able to make this change on my own. Didn't think IM would have me doing wearing so many different hats.. From PHP programming to graphic design to writing. Maybe that's why I enjoy it so much.

        If anyone wants to use this plugin in the same manner that I am just post on this thread or PM me. I can't PM back but I wouldn't mind sharing my modifications with you. It would be a matter of simply Copy and Paste if you want to make the change.

        Just to clarify what I'm referring to, I modified the Amazon Product in Post plugin for wordpress to have an Add to Cart button INSTEAD of just linking to the product page. I feel it is more professional from the customer end since I hope to have them coming back beyond their initial order.

    I can't PM yet since I don't have enough posts so I'll respond here and hope that you'll get it.

    There's a few ways to do it. Actually there's a A LOT of ways to do it. Are you trying to sell only a few items or large number? The Wordpress plugin Amazon Product in Post helps to do this is you are using wordpress.

    If you describe what kind of store you're trying to create I might be able to point you in the right direction. Are you trying to sell through Amazon or are you going to sell your own products?

      I'm having lots of trouble with this plugin.

      installed ok, things seemed fine. the product i added displayed ok on top page (except an erroneous () before the content.

      but when I click on the post, the single post page has no photo or title

      any hints?
