Clean and simple, it's ok for its purpose. ^^

Looks good. Simple and to the point.

    1) You need some incentive on home page (anything that keeps the reader engaged and clicking further - e-book, sample, etc.). Simply asking them to contact you is not going to get as many clicks. You could even put your contact form / sign-up opt-in form right there on the home page. Eliminates an entire click which is very important for getting users to take action.

    2) Your copy on that home page can be enhanced a bit further. Again, no one is going to contact you just to 'inquire'. They need to see measurable, tangible incentives.

    Cheers,
    Charlie

Nice clean site indeed! Not too busy or distracting

You should add another image or text below the NB Publishing Logo on the right.

That white space can be filled in with a form for prospects to fill out or more bullets highlighting the benefits, results and opportunities that come with working with the company. Hope this helps.

Is this your site or a client site? Good work so far.

My site, actually! Working on a new business and just laying the groundwork. I've actually updated it a bit since I posted this too. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! I think I've spruced up the copy a bit with a nice bullet list, and a call to action for a free consultation. I've also added some more pages with some clear benefits. I appreciate the advice!
