Not suire I understand what you are looking for. Do you want to build a store to sell your products, or do you want an Amazon Affiliate site which appears to be what the link points too.

Amazon provides reasonably easy tools and services to build your own WebStore, populate it with your products, and sell it through their merchant services, so you don't even need credit card processing services. In fact, you can even use Amazon for order fulfillment.

There are many scripts you can use, such as Associate-o-matic (standalone), or WP-Zon, Reviewazon, and others (for wordpress blogs).

However, many of these don't rank well without lots of additional unique content. Have you considered simply setting up a wordpress blog and writing detailed posts with lots of pictures, including your affiliate link in text and image links in the post? These types of sites convert very well for for me and others, and they rank more easily than a store with little content or very thin content.
