How to set up a one time offer landind page after they have given me their name and email address?

Hi, i am new here.

I would like to ask for some pointers.

Q1)Just wanna get some pointer on how to put a one time offer page after they have given me their name and email address to claim the ebook i am giving for free. Before they claim the ebook above, i would like my visitor to land to a page where i promote a collection of 250 ebooks in total, from generating traffic to squidoo basic guide and many more for only $29.95.


Am i correct, setting up an instructions in autoresponder, put the link in that email, which will automatically lead them to this landing page. But this will have a permanent link on that email and they can click again to enjoy that offer..
M questions is, i only want them to see this landing page once, and they will never enjoy this promotions again after they click away from this landing page, not even by clicking back.
I want this page to pop out once only only after they fill in their particulars.


Q2) I have prepared a video slides which i will put it up in youtube, there i will also end my slide by giving that ebook away, i will put a link to my website and again, i will want this landing page to pop out once only, in fact i will put this landing page to all the link that will only appear once, to claim this ebook in my website for other videos, artices, banners etc.

Any pointers will be much appreciated
