I've had good success with PixelCrayons. The html they produce is clean and precise. As a bonus, they can turn projects around lickety-split. On other hand, I've had no end of trouble with automatic conversion tools. If you're concerned about preserving page layout and SEO-friendly markup (you should be!), go with a professional.

Got stuck with the same problem once, but a friend of mine provided with a link to the automated tool Divine Elemente. But better to look through the Quick start guide first divine-project.com/quick-start-guide to make sure it fits demands.
