    Not sure the exact name of that font but the effect you see over the font and in the font, like the blue metal overlay and the shattered or cracked effect was done in PS and is not apart of the font set itself. Its mostly custom graphic work with a base font. Although there are alot of fonts that have similar effects, check dafont.com and freefonts.com to find something similar.

    Try What the font(just chuck it into a search engine) it will ask for a pic and then tell you what font it is.
