Need a Good Web Design Checklist to guide clients in the design or re-design of their websites. MOst clients don't know what they want or need so looking for a checklist, even examples to help with this process

    Looks:
    1] Professional looks
    2] Vivid color can b used but looks sould be professional.
    3] Good, easy and clear nav. menus
    4] Neat and clean look.
    But you know this looks part depends on clients and vary from people to people.
    SEO part:
    1] The html code should be SEO friendly.
    2] I have seen some designers fooling their clents by just putting the image of the mock in the html and then using dreamweaver or image hotlinking or JS to make the links. This type of site will fail in SEO as SE's dont get the contents.
