How do I Point WP Permalink to My Domain (and not subdirectory)?

I have a domain name that points to a subdirectory on another domain in the same package through 1and1.com. For example, my domain is "BlogDomain.com" and it is pointed to "MyOtherDomain.com/BlogDomain". When I create a permalink, how can I avoid the link showing "httx://MyOtherDomain.com/BlogDomain/path/etc"? I want it to show "httx://BlogDomain.com".

Can this be done?
