Whats The Best Way To Learn How WP?

Hey All!

Im looking to learn WP for myself. In the past Ive hired outsourcers but havent had any luck (understatement).

I want to learn, and have my project lead learn Wordpress in and out. By that I mean:

Installing WP themes
Customizing the themes
Slicing photoshop
adding aweber
correcting meta data for search
and more.

Does anyone have a ny good recommendations on where to start? How did you learn?

The best way to learn Wordpress is just to play with it. It's pretty easy, and whenever you get stuck there is usually a tutorial to help you out

  Yeah, I learned it mostly by playing around...
  
  Try to approach one argument at a time (installing, configuring, permalinks, backups, posting, pages, tags, plugins, etc.) and you should find plenty videos around.

You just have to watch one tutorial on You Tube and you will learn it. Its very easy to work with and you don't have to know anything programing to become an expert.

I recommend to visit net.tutsplus.com . there are lots of wordpress tutorials which is the best to learn WP.

The best way to learn about wordpress is to watch some youtube videos and do some trial and error.
