How to shorten an URL on basic HTML page?

Hi,

I'm browsing over whole web to find out how to most easily shorten URLs on my basic HTML page.

I use GoCodes when I'm using Wordpress but now I want to shorten some link in basic HTML/CSS page.

Is there any javascript code for that?

Do you mean you want to take the standard dynamic URL and make it search engine friendly?
