Out of line visual elements distracting visitors / potential buyers?

So I have this site and I'm trying to revamp the design a little bit cause' the last time I did it was like 2 years ago.

I added the light greenish logo which is a cog at the top left corner of the page and as you can see, it's out of the line / alignment and seems to me it's attracting more visitor attentions than it should be - because it's something out of the line - people are usually attracted to abnormal parts of the web page than they are to normal parts.

And that's what I worry about. While I like the logo which is fresh and has sort of innovative nature that convinces the audience that we are different, I'm worried that it would attract more attention than it should when the potential customers are ready to buy. For instance, it distracts potential buyers from seeing and clicking the "Add to Cart" button from here.

What are your thoughts? Should I get rid of the logo?
