    What type of advice do you need?

    Do you want to improve traffic on the site or need revamp or a new look to your site. Please define clearly.

    Hi

    I'm not 100% sure that that theme is the best you could have for your subject. My view would be that a theme that more related to gaming, and war gaming in particular would be better. Maybe the header background that has the twitter bird upon it would look better if you had a screenshot of the game.

    But that's just my view, and theme choice is very subjective anyway.
    I'd also be tempted to remove the alexa data until it's something worthy of showing.

    You can probably spice up the graphics a little. The top of the homepage is looking pretty plain.

    I like that the theme is clean, making it easy to focus on the content. I do think the gigantic Twitter bird is quite distracting. It may be a good move if your goal is to get people to see you on Twitter, but if not, scale it down.

    For the sidebar:

    - Scrap the Alexa rank until you have one that's worth bragging about - it's taking up valuable real estate on the page.

    - Resize the sidebar ads so they're not chopped off, and populate the Featured Post area or get rid of it (also valuable space).

    - Tailor the advertising to the visitor. Figure out what they may want to buy, then find appropriate offers to promote.

    Looks good overall, just needs some tweaking and more content.
