I want a video game website---Some questions

I really want a website based on video games. I know zip about everything related to website building. I am basically wondering how much it would cost for me to outsource this to someone and have them build me a website.
I need a fairly basic site, wordpress is fine, as long as it looks like a SITE, NOT A BLOG.
I need a basic site with 3-5 main sections. I need a "home/intro" section, a "reviews" section, a "tips & tricks" section, a "video game news" section, and possibly a "contact me" section.
The site will be used for adsense and maybe some affiliate programs. I know that video game keywords probably do not pay out very much on Adsense, but I have to start somewhere, and I know video games very well.
I KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I need to be able to outsource the entire job to someone else, including set-up. I need to be able to edit and add new content to the site whenever I need to, without help (thats why wordpress would be nice).
I would even need someone to install the site and order hosting for it. I will of course pay for the hosting, but I just don't know how to set it up.
As far as design, the way the site looks is not extremely important to me. I want a fairly basic site. If it does well, I will probably pay for good design in the future.
I also have some copyright questions: Concerning the use of images found online-- What are the basic rules about using pictures from the internet? Can I just do a Google image search for what I need and use any picture on my website? If not, is there a site that does allow me to use their pictures?
Also, I want to put some cheat codes for video games on my site. Can I simply copy the codes from a pre-existing site? Do I have to give them credit in some way?

As I said, I am wondering how much this would cost to outsource... How much would you charge for something like this?

Sorry for asking about 50 questions in one thread, but as I said, I know nothing

Actually, you can do this, there is alot of arcade scripts out there you can grab one and start with it.

Tha thing is customizing the looks, while the bigger problem is getting games If you have the same games as any one else then you will fail

yeah, wordpress is the way to go. If you want it not to look like another blog, just find the right design online. Simple as that.

and don't just copy and paste without permission. Not cool man. There are alot of faq writers who would not mind if you host their faq and use it.

If you are still looking for a video game site. Go to my homepage and read about what it has to offer. Like over 66,000 widgets including lots of games. Good luck.
