Creating a membership site?

Hi,

I'm just looking for some advice on what to do. I have very limited knowledge on setting up and using Wordpress but don't know anything about customizations, design, etc.

I'm looking to set up a Wordpress site and then eventually run a membership based site off that where members will be charged a one time fee and then a recurring smaller monthly payment.

The members will then need to have special access to videos I post, articles I write, as well as other resources (reports, ebooks, etc). I'd like to offer the program using Clickbank as my payment method as I feel this will work best for hopefully getting affiliates on board over time.

I'm wondering what's the best way to go about doing this?
And to hire someone, would I be hiring a web designer or coder or ? I would need the membership set up, customizations made to my plain wordpress theme, as well as logo's and graphics created for my opt-ins, ebooks, along with a few other things.

Any advice would be appreciated.

    Also, the best way would be to do it yourself but since you said you do not know anything about customizations, design, etc. then you should let a coder/web designer(me lol) do it. I will offer you the lowest price around guaranteed!
