I'm using the free flex 3 theme. Id like to remove the time and date that shows when i post each and every new page.

Anyone know how to delete this annoying problem please?

You have to edit index.php to remove that feature. If you don't know how to edit theme then please PM your access. I will do that for you.

u will have to the appearances menu in the admin section and choose editor. then edit the page.php file, post.php and the index.php files. the code should be in php code and look similar to <?php echo date('l jS \of F Y h:i:s A'); ?> you can safely delete it, if the template breaks you deleted more/less then needed thus causing a error.

Never delete something from the code, unless you are 100% SURE of it.

Always keep a backup of that file, which you are editing, so that you can restore if you mess up something.

If you want to delete things like this, use CSS instead of deleting the code.

If your issues are still not fixed, send me the URL and the things you want to delete, I will send you a simple solution.

Hi its in posts in the theme editor tab... you scroll down and get to post/date comments and just turn it off in that box. Hope this is what you mean.

then you deleted too much code probably and broke something. its difficult to say for sure without looking at the files but more than likely as I said before deleting more/less than needed can produce a broken theme.
