    There are people who make a WP theme for $50.
    Others are asking $2,000.

    What is the fair price? - I don't think there is a real answer for that. What market? Who is the customer? Who is the provider? What is the "middle point" where both of them can meet...?

    best bet is put together a spec of EXACTLY what you need done and ask for quotes, theres no real fair price as so much depends on supply/demmand/niche and location
