Pop up window in Wordpress

Hey Warriors,

I am having a hard time finding a pluggin / code to do what I want. I want to have a link on my home page that when clicked will cause a pop-up window to open. And in the pop-up window I want to have the form that is currently on my homepage.
www.lovefirstparenting.com

It is a simple form generated from the pluggin contact form 7. The end result will be no longer having the form on the home page, but having easy access to it from a link that generates the pop up window.

Any suggestions on ways to do this or pluggins that will help me here?
