Help with Duplicate Title Tag and Meta Description

Google Webmaster Tools is showing that my main domain has a duplicate title tag and meta description. This site is hosted on Hostgator and it's a Wordpress site.

Webmaster Tools is showing these two as duplicate title tag and meta description:

1. /
2. /?replytocom=4

Anyone know what could have caused this or how to fix it?

    If you're not using a theme that enables you to add titles and descriptions then you can install one of the SEO plugins (all in one SEO, Platinum SEO, Yoast SEO are all popular). Those plugins enable you to edit and add titles and descriptions easily.

      unless the 2nd page has some importance to you for search results - I wouldn't worry about it. Meta description in particular has no bearing on search engine results.
