Help with twenty ten WP theme

Im currently using twenty ten WP theme Im using the Home page as a post page which is fine and I have created other pages in the page menu, but the pages that I have created when viewing them live are all posts.
I have tried to change them to pages but Im lost is there something Im missing if someone can help me out
