Multiple index.html pages, same domain?

I have a hosted site with registered domain. I uploaded an index.html sales page and edited it's offer thru cpanels file manager. I now would like to add a bait product page for list building. (index.html) Am I allowed to have multiple pages with different urls under the same domain? If so how do I do that?

    Of course you are allowed to have multiple pages under one domain. If your existing page is for example, http://yourdomain.com/index.html - just do the same thing you did before, but instead of "index.html" just replace index.html it with the name of your new page, lets say it will be newpage.html, the url will be http://yourdomain.com/newpage.html

    Hope you understand, if you already configured one page it should be easy to do another.

        I need suggestion on following:

        I have multiple pages on a single url. For Ex: under .com/cosmetic surgery India, I have few pages like request for a quote, contact us, free services. When users click on contact us page it will be displayed under .com/cosmetic surgery India page. When you come to seo, Can we optimize each pages under a single url?
