You Tube vids cut off at the end (under 10 mins)

Hello,

Firstly apologies if this is in the wrong section but I'm hoping someone can help.

I'm uploading some videos from a Kodak play sport to You Tube....they all seem to upload fine (they are between 5 and 9.5 minutes long), but after the upload has completed the last portion of the visuals is just black. The audio is fine though.

Am I doing something wrong?

    Hey Kate,

    My friend had this same problem with her Kodak camera, using the share button (don't know the exact name of the button). She just loaded the videos onto the computer than uploaded them to Youtube from her computer. I know this may sound like a lot more work but it works. Oh yeah, to answer your question "Am I doing something wrong?" No not at all, it Kodak's problem.

    It takes time to load up. Give 10-15 processing time and your vid should show up fine!

      Not just Kodak cameras from what I hear.

      If you have a video with a long 'call to action' at the end - in an attempt to avoid having YouTube suggest a new video to your viewers before they have a chance to Click the Link below or Go to URL - my understanding is that YT is wise to this trick and is cutting off those videos as well.
