problems with WP sales automater

When I put a product in a post and post it the buy now button shows up but when you click on it it does nothing. One more question what is the purpose of the download reset and where do you put it. Cant find any help on google, you guys have any thoughts or fixes?

    It seems you did not configured your payment settings. Anyway your details are sketchy so it cannot be said for sure, As with the first issue, the download reset seems to be related to the plugin so your best bet would be to send an email to their support.

    Still dont work I did all the settings still nothing. Im using wp paypal shopping cart if that makes a difference
