Hello,

I need to create a basic landing page for music download to use with content locker.

Just like this 1 - MUSIC DOWNLOAD

Where can I find a basic template like that to use that I can then upload to my site?

Are you implying that you also want the popup that asks for you to "like spreets on facebook" in order to see the page, or are you just talking about the landing page behind that?

No, He want's the download button to be activated once the survey is completed.

I'm pretty sure it can be done with some javascript. Ask your designer about it(If you already have one).
