Need Help Concerning Paypal & Customer Forms

I'm trying to sell gift certificates on my site. I have created a form that my customers can fill out with the details concerning the gifts, but once it's filled out, I would like them to be directed to paypal so they can make their purchase. I would also like them to be able to put in their own desired dollar amount. I created some html for the paypal, but how do I link them and where do I find the correct paypal address that links to my account. I tried getting a hold of paypal and even did some searches, but it just leads me to a generic page.

Please help.
