best way is to install wp on local server and access the back-end. add content, navigation from backend without any coding and see it on frontend. you can also use the templates for this purpose

You may also try to use Free Hosting provider which offers cPanel control panel with either Fantastico or Softaculos. You can one-click install Wordpress and learn building a Wordpress site for free.

Wordpress is free software that makes making websites very easy.

It's beneficial for many because, once it's set up, you could get just about any member of staff to add pages or edit existing ones. Each page will have a consistent look and the look of the entire site can be changed in an instant using 'themes'.

As an example, the site in my signature is a Wordpress site. Search Google for 'wordpress themes' to see examples of other looks. Normally ready-made themes are fine but you could employ designers to create a custom Wordpress theme if you want something that's unique to you.

There are costs involved - you have to buy 'hosting' space on the Internet so that people can look at your site whenever they choose. The costs are normally quite cheap.

If you give a bit more detail - eg what type of business you run, what type of site you need, what you want it to do/list/show etc - we can help some more.

Yes, it is possible to build a new web page using the CMS blogging software WordPress. It’s really easy and it’s probably the quickest way how to make a new web site.
