Wow

I love this look! Very elegant, clean and pro - you win my trust almost immediately

Minor nits:

Logo doesn't link back to the home page.
A plans-and-pricing link right on the home page? Right now, I need two clicks to see your pricing details.
Footer links different on home page and inner pages (Contact changes to Support), this is ever so slightly confusing.
On the contact form, I have no idea what the following means

Send a copy to yourself To send don't fill this in

Maybe I'm just thick, but would appreciate an explanation!

Would be cooler if your logo for "White Hat" was a white hat with a magic wand instead of a yellow star - well, this is a semi-serious remark

Yes i know, we are implementing this design in word press and that's already been done.

We are coming up with a new menu as we have alot more packages to add. I will look for a way to have the pricing bellow the main page on the menu.

Yes this will be change just hard to manage a design when its just in html & css and does not have a CMS.

Yes i dont know that too, but we are going to be using gravity forms, there is captcha on it so that will go.

Yes that does sound like a good idea! We do have some new icons for the home page, it was just something to put there as a place holder

Hi,
I have pointed few things -
1) In top if you reduce the gap between image and drop down list then it's better.
2) Upper part is showing blank.
3) Background color should be more attractive.

If you can take care of these things then it is highly appreciable.

Nice Theme Design. Just a few things i would improve:
I would like to see coloured icons in the main nav and a darker grey on hover colour. Also, the H2 titles would really stand out if coloured a nice blue.

A whole chunk of information. You might want to add borders, lines and backgrounds to split the chunky parts. For example #DDD for "What's Right For You" and #CCC for "How Does It Work"...

Also I see that in your pricing table. the buy buttons are way at the bottom. They should come right after their features. In each of the features you might want to list an overall first before listing the whole chunk with their details.

Overall, I think its a bit too much information to take for a potential client new to SEO. My advice, use more images, hide information first and expand upon hover or click.

yes i see what you mean about the buy now buttons, i belive this has been fixed as we are putting it in to wordpress. About the content though, we want the customer to know what we are doing, what it does, and content is king when it comes to ranking so its fine!

First impressions are always important, as this is what's going to keep your visitors on your page, and, as you probably already know, you've only got a few seconds before they make a decision as to stay or leave.

That said, I think you site is clean and potential.

You've kept it simple and easy to navigate for those who are looking for such a service.

However, I'm wondering if you've got too much information here on your Home page?
I'm thinking that the law of "less is best" may offer a fresher introduction rather than so much detail?

In looking at several other sites offering the same services you provide, I think you're looking pretty good, but I'd tend not to compare with average, but rather cream the competition with some ingenious creativity.

Your title at top left seems to need more attention.

Just a few immediate thoughts that I hope are a help.

I like it and I especially like the illustration.

Your logo needs work however. Kerning is off massively with the "i" too close knitted to the neighbouring right hand side characters and the "s" of "interspire" needs to be reduced to bring the top flush with the rest of the characters.

Thank you for your feed back, We would love to use less text. But as you know content is king. As the site is rather new just over a year. its quite hard to rank it in google.

All our services are organic and natural. We do not use software to post our links.

After surfing the web for 3 hours now what keeps me on a site longer is a video explaining the services available. Any future plans on putting video to promote services? Also, from what I understand it is a new site, but are there any testimonials visitors can read from satisfied customers you have helped in the past?

Yup, we are waiting for it to get in to wordpress before we do that. But its ranking okish on some keywords. Im glad we link built for this site about 3 months ago for hm lets say 2-3 hours and it got a PR3 ha!
But we are getting like 1-3k links daily atm

And also u are trying to load http...gsgd.co.uk/sandbox/jquery/easing/jquery.easing.1.3.js but this isnt working fix this.

your site looks very professional, I would dumb down the explanations a little bit and speak more in terms of benefits, just my opinion.

definitely make that logo a link back to the home page(didnt read all the comments but im sure thats been covered)

On your about page I would float those 3 steps to the right (or maybe a get started button) and bring your promises up to the top. and bring that seo audit to the top to0, thats something people would defintely be interested in.

I would also test "what we do" with "about us" and see which one gets more clicks.

I think you should also find a way to get that guarantee on the the home page or every page if you can work it in

those are just some of my thoughts but I think the site looks very nice, good job

Very nice and professional looking! Only a couple of things popped into mind to improve:

1/ add gradient buttons with hover color change in place of the 'find out more' text
2/ fix the 'see more details' button positioning - it overlaps with above text on my browser (FF 6.02 Mac) try adding: 'position: relative' to 'ul#content li a'

Gee a lot of comments ...I think for starters, the second paragraph could be the first and only...It would be enough to create curiosity for me...you have, in large letters, "Website Optimization"

The site is good and links are working well so far. Also, your site contains valuable information about your offered products (descriptive information of your product). However, I would like to suggest to create a separate page for your pricing so people will find everything they need on a page. You may want to include the Pricing part in your navigation menu. Overall, the site is great!

I enjoyed the website, right porportions of white space, easy on the eyes,cartoon figurs give you a laugh, which lot of websites do not do. You have many comments over time and sure you have implemented some. Site is good, and you did a good job.

This is a nice website, very professional. A few touch ups needed here and there. But there will always be updates to do to keep the site fresh. The black Contact box and black footer seems a little intense, but that is just me. The scrolling window would look nice with a color in the frame. But if you didn't change a thing it is fine.

Nice design. But small font size. Lots of words on main page. Maybe create bold headers with "learn more" links for drill down. Clean up the front page, and more the details to other pages.

Simple and easy to navigate.
Not overpowering.

I actually read the content instead of looking at pictures first which is really nice to see.

The "See more Details" button overlaps in IE. Not sure with other browsers though. If possible, could try not to have repeated content as i realize the content in the carousel and the bottom are quite similar.
