How to turn a screen recording into a publishable form via mac?

I want to be able to publish my screen recording via a mac onto a website.
The look I am after is like this one:

(apparently he used camtasia to do this)
the way I am making screen recordings now is by using "ishowu" or "screenflow" and these programs are run on my mac.
I do like to use jing, as its so simple, but the problem is its only 5 min maximum time.
Question:
So how do I turn my screen recording that is done with the mac software into a publishable form on the website using mac software?
