  To insert a background image using css.
  
  body {
  background: url(the location of your bg image) no-repeat;
  }
  
  If you want to position images with css then thats a bit different, try Google but if you still unsure pm me if you can and i will try to help

You can use

background: url(the location of your bg image) no-repeat;

no-repeat, repeat, horizintal, vertical are used to set an orientation . To set the position, use margin or padding.
