how do i edit a font in an existing post?

Hi there,

From my very limited knowledge of Wordpress, I don't think you can edit the font because the font is determined by the theme that you have loaded.

I am open to correction though.

  Hey this one way to edit font in exiting post:
  1. Open the post in the editor, select all the content in the editor window and then click on the "remove formatting" icon on the lower row of icons in the toolbar (row 2 #7).
  
  2. If the above does not work, copy out all the text while in the visual editor, delete the text, and then paste it back in using the "paste as plain text" icon on the lower row of icons in the toolbar.

  In a pinch, you can always switch to the html view and use the span tag like this:

  <span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',Times,serif"> Text </span>
  
  This way you can override the CSS defined for that text. Just replace Times New Roman or Times with whatever Font you want to use. Be careful, though, not everybody has all the fonts installed that you have.

Install the "Tiny MCE Advanced" plugin and you'll have a whole bunch of extra editor options including setting the typeface and size.
