Which Wordpress Theme ?

I don't which wordpress them Hongkiat is using in their blog. Did anyone can find this for me. please

They most likely built that site on their own... I don't see any credits to a specific theme.

You can find similar blog/magazine styles on theme sites. Theme Forest is pretty popular. Here's an example: Convergence - Community WordPress Theme Preview - ThemeForest

They are using a custom theme. Probably made by the creators of the site.

Why don't you look into Thesis and custom Thesis skins, may not be the exact look you want straight out the box but I'm sure you can get close - then with the custom hook function you can add any features you want.
