Pre Configured Wordpress template

Hello Warriors,

I need some help. I have been collecting domain names for some years now and I this forum inspired me to do something about them. I am taking baby steps and got hosting and added all my domains to the hosting accounts and loaded wordpress on all of them. I know i would have to change images / content on them individually but I do not want to change the adsense code on. My question is :

Can we add the adsense / kontera / CJ / Clickbank code to a wordpress template and then I upload that to all the sites that way I would not have to spend time on that atleast. Please guide.

    WordPress has themes - made up by many template files. Just for the record

    Of course, you can edit any of the template files before uploading the themes to your sites.
