WP Theme With Slider That Is NOT HUGE?
Wondering if I could get some suggestions ... I have searched for this, just can't find it.
I need a "classy" WP theme, for an upscale client, that has nice looking header sliders (nice color options for the site, a shadow effect under the sliders, whatnot) ...
... but with a slider header that is NOT HUGE (and doesn't take up half the above-the-fold!)
(Why are most of 'em so BIG?)
Ideally, no Navigation bar above the slider ... actually, nothing above the slider would be great.
Paid or free, doesn't matter.
I realize I could have this programmed or a theme customized, it's just that I'd prefer to just find an existing theme I could use myself.
I actually like the looks of the free "Boldy" theme (http://wordpress.site5 dot net/boldy/ - not an affiliate link, it's free!) ... (I think it's classy looking); but, again, the sliders are HUGE as are the navigation sections above the slider (I am using Boldy for one client, but I couldn't even figure out how to get rid of the navigation bars!).
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks much!
