    And competition is easy.I can create a site and in 5 days i will be on first page in google. one month and i'm first.

    So it really depends how much you getting $$ from site.

      If you can show solid consistent profits like this then your site would sell for about $2000 - $3000 on flippa. Maybe more if you are hitting the $700 mark more then the $400

      Generally, websites sell for around 10-12x their monthly profit. So assuming that the $400-$700/month you're making is pure profit, you could probably sell it for upwards of $4000.

    As a guide line a site can be valued at upto 10 times earnings but this can be flexible on how old the site is etc,getting sites valued by these so called accurate valuation websites has to be seen more as a bit of fun that anything else.
    One of the biggest problems is that what a website owner thinks a site is worth is vastly differant from what he actually gets for it this is all down to what ever someone is willing to pay for it.

    If its a low value site you cut put it on Flippa or if its a high value site prehaps a specialist broker would be the way forward,what ever you do with your site good luck with it.
