Can anyone help me with Photoshop CS5

I got some Photoshop Actiions Files (.atn) to create book covers and other things in Photoshop. I can't figure out how to install them.

The instructions I find tell me to:
  1. Open Photoshop, and click on the Actions Palette menu button (located in the top-right of the Actions Palette
But I can't find the Actions Palette. I read that it is in the upper right, but I can't find it anywhere.

Can someone help me?

    I took the time to make you a lovely screenshot. The actions palette can be found under "Window > Actions" and can then be shown by toggling the palette display on/off by clicking the icon in the circle on the right.

    Now I got to learn how to use these scripts/actions. That is going to take a while I think. Hope i can figure it out.
