How to open a flash .swf file in a lightbox?

Ok I feel examples are the best way to show what I am seeking so here it goes.

I have made a flash book showcasing our work this is the flash swf here:

Visum Designz

I want this swf to pop out into a lightbox for example go to this page and click the "portfolio button"

Visum Designz - Freelance Graphic arts studio Springfield, IL, Website Design

You will notice that a lightbox pops out right? Well you normally would add an <a href> to the lightbox but what is needed to add the flash?

I don't know if anyone here knows how to do this but it would be awesome if you did, While I am awaiting answers ill be messing with it. Hope you guys have a solution.

  Sweet dude, I was on this page earlier but didn't scroll down. Thanks for the point out. Sucks I gotta use another lightbox but if it works thats all that matters.

  Pretty much exactly like the one on the website, as a matter of fact i copied and pasted the code from the website and the light-box pops out but no flash content. Any ideas.

  Nevermind dude I got it, here is the revised code for other people with this problem

  <a href="3/our work flip.swf?width=100&height=100" rel="prettyPhoto[flash]" ><img src="visiondesign/html/green/noise/images/portfolio.jpg" width="86" height="33" alt="portfolio" /></a>
  
  notice I added [flash] after rel="prettyphoto" and I adjusted width and height idk if that did anything to make it function but I know for a fact the [flash] did/
