Plz review - WordPress Squeeze Theme

Hi friends,

I have created a WP theme for installing squeeze pages which are disguised as blogs for Google. (No black-hat trick.)

Please have a look at the demo (Smart Web Worker | Just another WordPress site) and the screenshots of the various squeeze formats available with the theme. Do let me know if you like them.

    @EricDelano: The design has two options: dark and light. Do you really need vibrant colors for an effective squeeze page?

  • @simondach It is a WordPress theme which allows you to create squeeze pages and manage them like regular posts. Very flexible. I want you guys opinion on what you need and how it looks.

  • @xtrapunch my only beef with it is as follows.

    When you click on an individual post's heading, you still have to scroll all the way down to read the post. Irritating. However, this could be solved by only having the squeeze element active on the home page - or having it function as a 'drop down' (like the HelloBar), which is dropped down on the home page, but pulled up on all other pages.

    • The website is not for blogging. It is a squeeze page disguised as a blog. If you don't want readers to see the squeeze page on inside pages, you should put it like a small opt-in box that you find traditionally on blogs.

    Lol, not to rain on your parade but don't you think you could use a bit of creativity to display the blogs latest posts within the squeeze page design, as long as new content is delivered, Google will rank accordingly.

  • Make sure that you purchase a licence for JWPlayer when you make money with is.

    A licence is needed for commercial usage!

    There are other players that can be used for free, like flarevideo
