WordPress Static Homepage Question?
I recently started populating a WP blog with the content, and have been tweaking the design layout.
At first, I created a 'page' titled home, and it was added to the navbar. But, I set my 'static' page to a specific page (until I figure out a better home page)... which works great when user punches in my raw url -"mysite".info
The problem is, I want the static page to be the "Home" tab destination, which is currently linking to "mysite.info"/home as opposed to linking to the 'raw' url. Again, "mysite".info <-- I want as the HOME page tab.
So when a user lands on my site, browses a few other pages, and clicks the "Home tab" they are not going to my static page, they are redirected to a blank page titled; Home.
I thought of copying the content and renaming the permalink for the "mysite".info/home tab, but didn't want duplicated content on my site, and I'm sure there's another way to fix this... I just can't seem to find it!
Thanks,
Art
