Who To Hire To "Fix" A Wordpress "Thing"

I need some HTML messed around with on my Wordpress site. You can find the site here: Payday Loan Reviews

See the "top rated" box on the right? It's based on the ratings I give the reviews (which are like posts). That's fine.

However, I'd like the rating to correspond with the posts that show up on the home page.

I can tell the theme how many reviews I want on the first page, but if I have something with the highest rating, I want it to be the first review you see on the home page.

Thanks

The easier way would be for you to go to POSTS, then click quick edit, then next to quick edit, make the highest reviewed items a sticky.

Otherwise, it's not an html edit you need, but a php query.

Yeah, you need to interact with the WP Dashboard. If it's more custom, you'll need to do some PHP.

You need a plugin to organize the posts. Go to WordPress.org and look for a plugin that allows you to reorganize and reorder the posts. It will allow you to move the posts in the backend. Move the post to the positions in the order you want them to appear in the website. Plugin is called "Reorder Posts" or something similar.

That plugin works for posts, but these are actually reviews. Like, there are posts, pages, and reviews. On my site the "posts" you can find in the "blog", "reviews" in "reviews", and "pages" are like contact, privacy policy, etc. Therefore the plugin won't work.

As for the PHP, sounds complicated. Something I certainly couldn't do. There's no code that could be created and implemented?... it'd have to be something more complicated like an actual plugin designed or something?? No idea about that "stuff".
