This is my client's site I built. The client is a law firm that specialized in trademark protection in China. I'd like to here from you about the design and marketing plan you think will work for them.

    Side Note: I don't mean to be rude nor am I trying to portray myself as an expert in anyway. I'm just suggesting what I would do.

    The text color on the footer should be off-white instead of pure white. It's too blinding.

    The drop down menu for "Service and Fees" might look better if it was lower, where the red vertical line meets the horizontal that divides the header.

    Notice the pages "submit trademark" and "contact" text is alighted left and "manage trademark" text is centered. you might want to have them both using the same alignment just to be consistent. keep in mind that some people have wide screen monitors. I'm seeing on some pages the title is located all the way on the left while the content is far in the middle. It just looks a bit weird.

    Try adding a new div as a container for the page content and use:
    "margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;"

    Also, in the contact page, notice the form box and the submit button has different width, you should have them both use the same value.

    In the partner page, notice how a simple image brightens up the page making it feel a live. You might want to try and do the same for some of the other pages as well, but on the partner page, you can try and photoshop the color of one of the guys tie or the color of one of the girls eye shadow and use that same color for the banner text instead of using black.

    I'm not sure its a good idea to have "TB PARNTERS" (you spelled partners wrong) in the banner since you want them to focus on your message. Plus you want to be consistent with the other pages where the page name is in text and should be in the same position.

    For the search box on the right, you might want to remove the "Search TM" text and replace the ">>" in the button with "Search".
    You don't want any unnecessary noise within the page since the page already looks like its just a wall of text.

    One last suggestion, instead of the logo having the same font size, how about something like this?

    TB
    Trademark Express

    But of course something needs to be done with the TB where it's not a font someone can just type to duplicate.
