Is there such a thing as an INLINE SITEMAP?

Basically, a sitemap for mini/micro sites that don't have a lot of pages?
For example, if a mini-site only have 4 pages but each page has a lot of content wouldn't it be a good idea if it has a sitemap that links to different areas within the four pages? Maybe linking to the top content, middle content, bottom content of each page?

If this isn't done and its a good idea then I want to state for the record that I invented the word:

Inline-Sitemap!

    There is no such thing as "inline-sitemap'. The concept that you are describing is not a sitemap. A sitemap helps search engines reach all the webpages. A search bot will scan the entire page and you don't need to give it multiple links to the same page.
