I'm pretty pushed for space on my site, in terms of adding an opt-in to my home page.

So, I am thinking of adding an exit pop-up.

Thing is, I'm a media relations guy, not a web tech! Is there any kind of simple plugin I can use to handle this for me? I'd be bummed if I had to do it myself from scratch.

Looking for something that would allow me to set the test in the pop-up, and also handle the email capture.
