Download the new package from their site to your HD.
Find the file you want to update.
Upload it via FTP to your site.

What is so complicated that you need to post about it in a forum???

Sounds like someone might be running a bootleg themeforest theme?

If not, login to your themeforest account & get support from the theme author & the files from your themeforest account.
